Got to share a lounge with strangers, yay! Free WiFi and parking helped make up for it. And guess what? There are activities nearby, like watching grass grow. Exciting stuff, really.

    What I didn't like? Well, let's see.

had an amazing stay at this cozy b&b near Wicklow Way. Maura went above and beyond to make us feel at home, from helping with wet clothes to driving back to return our forgotten items. Delicious homemade breakfast and stunning views. Highly recommend for a peaceful mountain getaway.

Cramped room due to extra bed.

I had a great stay at this B&B in rural Wicklow. the hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They picked me up in the rain when I arrived and even drove me to my destination when I left. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains and there was a lively pub right across the street.

That the heater in my room made it a bit too warm at times. But it wasn't a major issue and didn't affect my overall experience.

The shared lounge at the property was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of activities. I met some fascinating fellow guests who shared their travel stories. It felt like being in a lively pub without the noisy crowd, plus the cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating made it hard to leave.

    Bathroom sink was tiny.

I had such a warm and welcoming experience at Coolalingo B&B. The hostess went above and beyond to make me feel like a friend rather than a stranger. The location was perfect, right near the trailhead, and easy to find. I even left my walking pole on the trail and the host provided me with a replacement. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread, and the room was cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B for its hospitality and convenient location.
